Hmm, I ended midterms with all A's and a B. For those that take this kind of performance for granted, let's just say that it's as close to proof of intelligent design as it gets for someone like me who ends every quarter/semester/whatever you use with a 2.5 (give or take a few hundredths). I've also been remembering dreams more often and actually having control of my actions within my dreams (again for those who take this ability for granted, google "lucid dreaming" although it's pretty much common knowledge at this point). I've also been listening to exclusively rap music for the last year or so. I'll attribute my more recent successes to that.

Just saw the movie Juno. The girl pissed me off. I could just tell from looking at her posters on the wall and her usage of vocabulary that she was supposed to represent a Pitchfork dickrider that follows David Hume objectively and obsesses over Animal Collective and VNV Nation and maybe Missy Elliott for the irony value. It was huge, played on the radio for literally a whole year (I was either a sophomore or junior), and then fell off the face of the earth because people finally realized that they played it for a whole year.

It was a rap/hip-hop song with an aggressive (keyboard driven?) beat and I think in the intro there was a signature "Fr-fr-fr-fresh" somewhere.
